Myke Towers, the four-time Latin GRAMMY® Award-nominated artist, has just released his latest single "Aguardiente," a fun and upbeat track produced by Sky Rompiendo and TAIKO was recorded in Puerto Rico. Along with the single, Myke has also dropped the music video for the song, directed by Rodrigo Films and filmed in Italy while he was on tour in Europe. This week, Myke also revealed the cover art and the title of his new album, "La Vida Es Una," set to be released on March 23rd, 2023. Fans can pre-save the album HERE.
When talking about the new single, Myke stated: "Aguardiente I can say was one of the very first tracks to make it into the album, it was a given. Sky (Rompiendo) always comes through with the dope rich beats and there's no way to pass them up. This Reggaetón definitely has that essence that is in the music my brothers in Colombia make."
The first track from the upcoming album, "ULALA," featuring Daddy Yankee, was released in November to rave reviews. The song has already garnered over 80 million combined streams, and the video has over 11 million views on YouTube. "Aguardiente" will also be featured on the highly anticipated new album. Myke started the year by making his late-night debut performing "ULALA" on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, which can be watched HERE.
