Initial Impression

Arriving at the hotel, the first impression was that of high-end modern luxury. Besides the stunning interiors and incredibly welcoming staff, we couldn't help but immediately feel this was going to be an experience to remember – and it was.

The Staff

The staff showed exceptional service from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with bottled water on a silver platter. They all made us feel like we were their most important guests. With smiles, they were always ready to hold doors open and answer any questions. The service was stellar and beyond what we imagined it would be. They all went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had all of our needs met. From the manager to the rest of the staff, they all displayed a genuine desire to make our stay enjoyable.

The Rooms

The room assigned to us exceeded all expectations. We were greeted with a personal gift of baked goods with FAME’s logo designed on it. We felt valued and unique right away thanks to this special touch. The room was incredibly spacious, which allowed us to unwind and relax in the heart of luxury. The bathroom was a memorable feature, with a sophisticated style and lots of room for pampering. From our room on the tenth floor, we had a stunning view of all of West Hollywood, which served as a beautiful backdrop for our stay. The room's ample natural light, which filled the area and gave it a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, was among its most noticeable characteristics.

The Spa

We felt refreshed and grateful after visiting the spa inside of the hotel, which was something similar, I would imagine, to paradise. We booked a massage during our stay, which was performed in one of their wellness cabanas beside the rooftop pool. The calm environment and stunning vistas provided the ideal setting for our time spent. Individual robes and slippers were given to us, ensuring our comfort and adding a luxurious touch to our spa experience. The staff went over and beyond to make sure that our visit met all of our expectations. They catered to all of our needs and were polite, considerate, and accommodating, making sure that we had the most unwinding experience possible. 

The Amenities

An excellent selection of amenities are available at The Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, elevating the guest experience to new heights. Every visitor can discover something that suits their needs thanks to the hotel's appealing assortment of deals and packages. The hotel has carefully selected a variety of options to meet varied interests, whether it's a trip within the city, a family holiday, or a reviving spa retreat. The hotel has a gorgeous rooftop pool where visitors can soak up the California sun while taking in expansive city views. Modern fitness facilities with top-notch equipment enable visitors to keep up their workout regimen while traveling. Not to mention two in-house spacious SUVs that offer first come first serve rides within a 3-mile radius. 

Espelette - The Restaurant 

Located inside the hotel, Espelette combines Californian and Basque dishes with loads of attention to detail. We were warmly welcomed into Espelette and had the chance to try their best dishes. This intimate restaurant presents traditional meals with a modern twist, creating a harmonic fusion for your night out. Espelette's menu offers fan favorites like ricotta ravioli and seared salmon along with unexpected combinations like watermelon served with feta cheese. Locally sourced ingredients provide the freshest flavors in every meal. Equally outstanding is the wine list, which features a carefully chosen assortment of Californian and Basque wines to go with your meal.

What Stood Out?

Being that the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills has much to brag about, there were a few aspects that stood out the most. From the moment we entered, the interior design and decor was a thing to behold. The hotel's complimentary in-house vehicles, which included an Escalade and a Rolls Royce Phantom, adding a dash of luxury and convenience, were one noteworthy feature. The dependable Wifi and excellent room service, really allowed us to enjoy fine dining while remaining comfortable in our beautiful room. Another outstanding feature was the seamless integration of technology, with an iPad providing convenient control over the hotel rooms' lighting, temperature, and even service requests —all helped make our stay at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills remarkable and unforgettable.

Would we recommend it?
