Savor the Finest Wines: Exclusive Seminars at Eden Roc Miami Beach

For the 24th year, the annual Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival (SOBEWFF®) is bringing exclusive tasting experiences from world-renowned wine and spirits producers, chefs and culinary personalities to Miami Beach. The four-day festival runs from Thursday, February 20 through Sunday, February 23.

On Friday and Saturday, the beachfront resort Eden Roc Miami Beach will host Wine Seminars in partnership with Wine Spectator, where wine connoisseurs and culinary enthusiasts can sip and savor gourmet creations. 

Here are our highlighted seminars, which include the acclaimed vintner Gérard Bertrand, who will be honored along with the culinary genius Dominique Crenn at the 2025 Tribute Dinner, and the European Union’s “Things That Grow Together Go Together” wine and food pairing.

Friday, February 21st

Exploring the Chardonnay Regions in California through the Lens of Foley Family Wine & Spirits, 2-3PM:

Gérard Bertrand presents Multidimensional Wine, 1-2PM: 

As the world’s leading certified biodynamic winemaker, Gérard Bertrand will guide you through a tasting of six exceptional wines. You’ll start with rosé, white, and orange wine, followed by three complex red blends from different estates. Along the way, you’ll discover how blending brings out the essence of each estate and vintage, showcasing the quality and diversity of Southern France’s best vineyards.

This event also celebrates the release of his new book, Multidimensional Wine. In this book, published by Origine Nature, Bertrand explores the art of blending—going beyond terroir, grape, and time to redefine excellence. It will be available in bookstores on February 2 and on Amazon starting February 17.
