Puerto Rican urban artist Ken-Y is promoting his single "El Ciclo," once again emphasizing his romantic essence and his knack for creating melodies that tell stories about love.
"El Ciclo" focuses on the interest in that special person, on how difficult it is to attempt goodbye, and on how good memories encourage you to seek them out for a new opportunity, despite their decision to distance themselves. "Baby, what did you do to me? I can't forget your name / You entangled me in your skin / And I don't know why you leave without saying anything / Stop lying to yourself, you reciprocate me," sings Ken-Y with his melodious voice in one of his reflections.
The music video, premiering today, was filmed in Ponce under the production of Madmono Films. Keen to show gratitude for the public's support, Ken-Y invited ten fans to enjoy the dynamics of filming the "El Ciclo" video, and witness the behind-the-scenes experience.
"I'm extremely grateful for the affection of my fans. The more time passes, the more I treasure their support," says Ken-Y. "I'm ready to continue bringing them good music," he adds.
"El Ciclo" reaffirms the artist's dedication to consolidate his facet as a soloist. The track follows the success of "Falsas Palabras," which, since its premiere, has been one of the favorites in his career. With unstoppable determination, Ken-Y continues working on new musical projects to showcase his unique talent in the romantic scene.
The singer is also committed to his duo with RKM. The romantic pair celebrates the strong reception they had during their performance at the "Reggaeton Lima Festival" in Peru. The artists delighted an audience of more than 70,000 people with the best of their repertoire, which included songs like "Perreo Por Calle," "Dame Lo Que Quiero," "Cuerpo Sensual," "Igual Que Ayer," and the classics "Te Regalo Amores" and "Down."
The artists also shone in their native land in April during their "LUV City" presentation at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico José Miguel Agrelot, with a crowd that enthusiastically applauded every move on stage and the celebration of love through their 360-format show.
