"End of the Line" by Dreya Starr offers a fresh take on pop music with classic influences in both English and Spanish

Dreya Starr, the rising bilingual pop singer with a classical influence, has taken the music world by storm with her debut singles "Tu Punto Final" and "End Of The Line". The orchestrations of these singles are unmatched and have resulted in organic creations with a unique sound that mixes classical and pop.

Dreya stated that her classical background inspired her team to use Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata as the A section of the songs. This allowed them to take something iconic from the classical world and give it a modern spin, resulting in a unique sound that sets her apart from other artists.

She decided to release her debut singles in both English and Spanish, catering to a bilingual market. Drawing from her experience in the world of opera, where it is common to sing the same song in multiple languages, she and her team admired how the mainstream music market is becoming more bilingual.

The fusion of classical music and modern pop elements in her songs is another aspect that sets her apart. Dreya explained that the physiological benefits of classical music inspired her to strive for a contemporary fusion, creating a unique sound that is distinct to her voice.

The creative process behind the music videos for "Tu Punto Final" and "End Of The Line" was amazing. They analyzed the story within the song and found the symbolism of the dancers representing the illusion of fear brought on by thoughts of doubt and suspicion.

Dreya also praised her producer Julio Bagué, who helped her channel the best of her abilities for this project, with an awesomely synchronized understanding of the music. The use of Beethoven's "Moonlight Sonata" as a base for her songs was elaborated, with the first part from the Sonata being used and a melody being written over the piano. Her tone and inflections, combined with technical experimentation, create a signature sound.

“I used Beethoven's “Moonlight Sonata” as a base and from there, using an interpolation of that piece, the song “Tu Punto Final”/¨End Of The Line¨ was created, modern ballads with a special and mysterious “mood” that describes to a toxic love”, explained Bagué.

The artist has learned to channel her adrenaline to stay focused on performing, not letting it turn into anxiety, which has been very helpful in her musical journey.

As Dreya embarks on this new chapter in her music career, her goal is to bring classical elements back into the mainstream, helping people find the healing power of music.
