Joining her are renowned actors such as Raúl Méndez ("Cocaine Godmother," "Narcos") as Federico Rubio, José Manuel Rincón ("Monarca," "Ringo: La pelea de su vida") as Roberto Rubio, Iliana Fox ("El Último Rey," "Imperio de mentiras") as Irene Rubio, Delaxa Meneses ("El amor invisible") as Martha Rubio, and Plutarco Haza ("El Señor de los Cielos," "Donde hubo fuego") as Raymundo Corrales.

"Senda Prohibida" narrates the story of Nora, a provincial girl who becomes determined to destroy a happy family in her quest for a luxurious lifestyle. Set in a time when women were often seen as decorative objects, Nora, known as Corina in the underworld of cabaret, stops at nothing to achieve the wealth she has always dreamt of.
