Jhayco and Quevedo Unite on Sizzling New Single "Mami Chula"

Puerto Rican hitmaker, artist, and producer Jhayco has released a new summer anthem titled "Mami Chula," featuring Quevedo. This latest offering embraces Jhayco's "Vida Rockstar" SZN by serenading the coolest girl in the room. The spicy single and Gian-directed music video watch Jhayco and Quevedo partying with a fashionable crew. As true rockstars, the duo seeks a muse to keep the night alive, showcased in looks from Pace, Sans Gene, Balenciaga, and Ernest Baker. "Mami Chula" is a slang term used in Latin American culture to refer to an attractive and charismatic woman that can be translated into English to mean "it girl" or "cool chick."

This release follows Jhayco's single "Cuerpecito," which pays love, attention, and adoration to women's bodies. Paper described it as "a body-thumping ode to the beauty and euphoria of good sex." Jhayco's recent collaboration with Sech and Feid, "En La De Ella," currently boasts 25 million video views.

Jhayco also made a surprise appearance during Bad Bunny's historic headline set at Coachella, joining him for a trio of songs. Together, they performed their super-hit "Dákiti," which previously took the duo to the #1 spot on Billboard's Global 200 chart. They also performed their smash collaboration "Tarot" and Jhayco's remix of "No Me Conoce," which recently hit 2 billion YouTube streams.

Jhayco has been nominated for two Latin American Music Awards this year for "Best Artist (Urban)" and "Best Song (Urban)" for "Sensual Bebé." This song cemented Jhayco's position in the top 10 of the US Latin Airplay chart last year, and it honors the Puerto Rican polymath testing the limits across a wide range of reggaeton and Latin trap sounds while seamlessly bridging the connective tissue between the genres. Jhayco also landed a recent third career American Music Award nomination for "Favorite Male Latin Artist" and stunned at the award show, performing a medley of singles, "Sensual Bebé" and "Dákiti."
