Rafael Quiles Rivera, better known as Justin Quiles, was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and grew up in Puerto Rico. Quiles is a great songwriter. He has written some of the most popular songs ever, which have been performed by big names. At such a young age, he has written songs for and worked with some of the biggest names in music, including Karol G, Daddy Yankee, Maluma, J Balvin, Anitta, Natti Natasha, Wisin & Yandel, Farruko, and many others.

Quiles has written some of the biggest hits of the last 10 years, including "Bichota" by Karol G, "Saoko" by Rosala, "Mamiii" with Becky G and Karol G, "La Ola" by Daddy Yankee, "Las Nenas" with Natti Natasha, Cazzu, Farina, and La Duraca, and "Loco Contigo" by DJ Snake, J Balvin, and Tyga.
