Sebastian Yatra Takes the Stage at the Oscars
In addition to his many accomplishments in the music industry, Sebastian Yatra was invited to perform at the 2020 Oscars. This was a huge moment for Yatra, as he became the first Colombian artist to perform at the prestigious awards show. Yatra took the stage alongside other artists, including Janelle Monae and Billie Ellish, and performed a special tribute to the movies of the past year. The performance was a hit, with Yatra showcasing his vocal range and charisma in front of a worldwide audience. For Yatra, performing at the Oscars was a dream come true. In an interview with Billboard, he said,

Yatra’s New releases
This week Yatra released a New Single "Una Noche Sin Pensar". The new single is a high-energy, upbeat pop offering and marks Yatra's first release of the new year. The music video, directed by Joaquin Cambre, features Spanish actress Milena Smit and showcases the fantasy vision of a whirlwind night. The chemistry between Yatra and Smit is palpable, making for an enjoyable visual and auditory experience.
The cover art for the single is a stunning visual created by Spanish painter Marta de la Fuente. The painting is a representation of a powerful moment in the music video where Yatra and Smit embrace in the sea covered by a beautiful neon pink light. Yatra's success in the music industry continues to soar, and the artist has confirmed his position as one of the leading nominees at the 2023 Premio Lo Nuestro. He has earned a total of ten nominations, including nods for "Artist Of The Year," "Song Of The Year," and "Album Of The Year." Talk to us about your new single “Una noche sin pensar”
“Una noche sin pensar” is the beginning of a new chapter in my music career and in my life. Each one of my albums represents a chapter in my life. This is an album I'll be writing with from a new perspective I've obtained. I see life in a very positive way and want to add value to others.”
What has been your most memorable performance so far and why?
“My two most memorable performances are definitely the Oscars and singing at Viña Del Mar in Chile. The Oscars is the most incredible stage in the world. Being there as a latin represents a lot for latin culture.”
You have a large and passionate fanbase. How do you stay connected with your fans?
I stay connected through my fans day to do in person and through social media. But Mainly through my music. Music is the way they get to know my heart and I theirs. I want my songs to accompany them at their best and worst”
