Ankhal Hosts His First Concert In The United States In Front of A Sold Out Crowd

This past weekend marked Ankhal's first performance in the United States, and it took place at the House of Blues in Orlando. Ankhal is a rising lyricist and breakthrough artist for Carbon Fiber Music. Fans had to wait in line for several hours to get into the show because it was entirely SOLD OUT.

The concert lasted for just under two hours and featured fan favorites such as "SI PEPE," "SACA Y PON," "HOLY SHIT," "DIVA," and "MENORCITO," as well as a very special guest singer named Farruko, who joined the artist on stage to sing their hit song "Nazareno Remix."

Anhkal finally made his long-awaited comeback with the release of his album ANKHALINO in October of this past year. The album takes the listener on a sonic journey through a variety of sounds that have been infused with trap, and it casts the rapper-singer in the role of narrator on heartfelt compositions, with raw delivery and wordplay. In order to accomplish this, he devised a tracklist that encapsulates his present way of life by incorporating descriptive lines, distinctive beat choices, and a variety of new genres into his catalogue.

This project is an epic resurgence: he was a victim of gun violence earlier this year, and as a result of the life-altering incident, he is unable to walk. Music can have a myriad of positive effects on both the artist and the listener, serving as medicine and therapy as well as a celebration of sorts. "Seven of these songs were written before the shooting, and I penned the remaining five after I was released from the hospital. You can get a sense of how challenging life was at the time and what I was going through by listening to the songs," stated the musician.

In the near future, Ankhal will reveal further tour dates, and he will also continue his inspirational journey and "rebirth" in both his musical and personal life.
